Welcome to the Future Physicians for Change 2024 Exhibit Space and Sponsorship Portal!

Your organization has the opportunity to have a presence during Future Physicians for Change 2024. Use this portal to reserve, view, and purchase your FP4C exhibit space and sponsorships as well as add or update your online content. 

To reserve exhibit space and sponsorships, and view the interactive floor plan, you must have an account and sign in using this portal. If you are a first-time user, click on the "Create New Account" button to create a new account. If you already have an account, sign in to your existing account using your email address and password. Keep in mind that the sign-in fields are case-sensitive. If you forget your password or require assistance using this portal, please contact events@amsa.org. 

Exhibit space and sponsorships are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Priority is determined by the date the reservation is submitted through this portal. AMSA approval is required for any organization to receive exhibit space and sponsorship to participate at Future Physicians for Change. Exhibiting and sponsoring organizations must follow AMSA’s governance of industry relationships policies as defined in Sections XXIII & XXIV in the AMSA Constitution & Bylaws.
